I met Michal seven years ago, and we immediately became very good friends. Michal creates systems. Whether it's his life goals, new skills, or any kind of research, he'll find a system that makes it clearer, quicker, and cleaner to act on and achieve the goal. He's a charismatic leader with strong values, a person who uses his fire for action and steps up when he needs to.

Coming from the Czech Republic, Michal had to develop his d.i.y. skills quite early in his life, and his passion for manual work stayed with him throughout his long-lasting career in a sales and marketing position in one of the biggest snowboarding clothing companies in the Czech Republic. After 15 years of loyalty to this company, he decided to change his life and left to study in Australia. He left his whole career behind him and started to build his own new story again.

Michal completed his studies after 4 years with 2 advanced diplomas in Project Management and Marketing while he was working as a landscaper and construction worker during his studies. The physical enjoyment of a paid workout and the desire for creativity allowed for a new opportunity to emerge, working with wood. After Michal obtained enough skills in the timber industry, he got his carpentry licence and started his own business.

Michal's most valued achievements are his freedom and ability to follow his passions, whether it is announcing World Cup Skateboarding in Prague or still being an active skateboarder in his late thirties. One of his other passions is photography, where his rigid systems are completely set free. This combination makes him the master behind our company.
